ARC Claims

ARC Claims handles the complex problems faced by self-insured trucking companies. They are a third party handling adjustment firm. Their primary objectives are to facilitate reporting claims from terminals, contractors and drivers, coordinate prompt, thorough and cost effective claim investigation and adjustment, and to make certain that their clients are kept informed in cases involving serious or catastrophic injuries. Here, I did the UX/UI design for their portal software, used by FedEx and Amazon. This portal is entirely data driven and customized for each trucking company. I also designed ARC Claims' website, a website promoting their portal, a mascot, a logo, and a business card and letterhead system.
